Incorporated on 18th December 2017, On Site Services is the largest independent First Line Maintenance (FLM) entity in Malaysia carved out of Operational Excellence and FLM division from Celcom Axiata Berhad. We are currently managing over 10,000 network sites throughout Malaysia with close to 400 employees specialising in Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, for both active and passive elements.
With over 25 years of experience, our team of professionals and 46 response centers nationwide provide network operations and maintenance work that not only maximizes maintenance coverage but also in the fastest response time possible. It is our commitment to Network Operators and Network Tower Owners in ensuring that the essential network operations are not disrupted.
THE CONTEXT OF OUR WORK
- Maintaining comprehensive assets database and managing warranty and end of life records.
- Increase system reliability and improve service quality through Operation Optimization solutioning.
- We fulfill corrective maintenance works in accordance with the Technical Specifications for Site Corrective Maintenance and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- We provide reports on cell availability, service exceptions and other incidents on a periodic basis or upon Customer request.
